Summer reading 2007 has begun! Stop by the library and pick up a summer reading bag for children grade 6 and under. Monday, June 11th children may stop in and report hours. When they have read five hours they may pick out a coupon from a local restaurant for a free treat.
This summer we have begun a teen summer reading. Teens fill out a bookmark for every book read and place it in an envelope for the prize they would like to win. All prizes will be awarded on Monday, August 20th so all entries need to be received by Friday, August 17th.
"The Reading Magician," Norm Barnhardt will perform at the library on Wednesday, June 13th at 2:00 pm. Come discover the magic of reading as presented through magic. Fun for kids ages 4 and up.
